A Garden of Eden away from mass tourism awaits you at our villa “My Paradise” in the southwest of Mahé. Enjoy peace, relaxation, and exclusivity in our spacious apartments with magnificent views of the Indian Ocean, surrounded by a tropical garden filled with fruit trees and abundant endemic wildlife. Previously owned by Sandra Hanks, sister of the famous actor Tom Hanks from “Forest Gump,” we acquired this gem in a prime location in 2018. Subsequently, the ground floor was completely rebuilt, housing the reception and our first apartment, Frangipani, known for its pleasant coolness due to its ground-level setting.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the upper floors were expanded. Sandra Hanks’ spacious layout was optimized to accommodate Koupye Apartment in her living room and the Orchid Family Apartment in her bedroom. Upon completion, we obtained a license (List Number 442) to rent out the holiday apartments to tourists and a health certificate from the Ministry of Health (November 12, 2021). We opened our villa in November 2021, transforming grassland into a beautiful tropical garden where Daniel planted bananas, coconuts, passion fruit, oranges, lemons, avocados, pineapples, guavas, jackfruits, breadfruits, soursops, papayas, custard apples, pomegranates, sugarcane, and other fruits.
We now cultivate herbs like lemongrass, curry, cinnamon, vanilla, chili, pepper, garlic, and vegetables such as sweet potatoes, cassava, pumpkin, lettuce, cooking bananas, papaya, tomatoes, and more. Our diverse array of flowers attracts many endemic bird species and fruit bats. The garden is also home to many fish, ducks, rabbits, hedgehogs, and lizards. Our highlight is the Seychelles kestrel, which sleeps on the balcony.
Our Villa
Experience stunning views of the sea and breathtaking sunsets at our villa. Nestled in close proximity to three beautiful beaches, you are just a 10-minute walk from Anse Soleil, Anse Gouvernment, and Petit Anse. Alternatively, you can drive 10 minutes to reach Anse A La Mouche or Anse Baie Lazare.

Travel Arrangements
Whether you travel by airplane or boat, please account for a taxi fee of 70-90 Euros. Inform us about your proposed arrival time, and we can arrange for our taxi driver to meet you at the airport. Regular taxis are also available.
Directions for Renting a Car
When renting a car at the airport, follow this route using the free map from Seychelles International Airport:
- Head south through Anse Aux Pins and Anse Royale.
- Pass the Hospital and Seychelles University.
- After Cable & Wireless, take a right turn.
- Follow the road over the mountain. At the junction, turn left.
- Follow the road and turn right at signs for Kempinski Hotel and Four Seasons Resort.
- After passing the entrance of Kempinski Hotel, drive 1 km and you will find Maison Soleil on the right, before Four Seasons Resort.
- After passing Maison Soleil, take our private road to the left down to our free parking area.
